Biography

A graduate of foreign languages and political science, Carine has practiced several missions, mainly in administrative and financial management of cultural projects, within national agencies, and in local authorities in the region of Toulouse. She has been involved for more than a decade in a naturalistic association, part of the ornithological group and takes part in the actions of prospecting, follow-up, fragile, endangered species awareness or emblematic of the region. In May 2017, she joined the administrative team of the IHAP for the ENVT as administrator. She is more particularly dedicated to the Chaire of Biosecurity and various avian projects tracking.
